Standard Delivery* Royal Mail Tracked Service Free on All Orders

  • Dispatched and delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • Standard Delivery is available for UK addresses only
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

  • If undelivered to a neighbour or you have opted out of this service you will receive a card to collect at your local selected Post Office® branch with an acceptable form of ID (within 18 days).

Delivery to other countries, BFPO & PO Box addresses

Due to the dangerous goods act we are only able to ship to BFPO addresses that service UK and Germany.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or any countries outside of the UK

Delivery timescales in rural areas and severe weather conditions

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

What happens when there is no one in to receive your order?

If you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver, they try and leave your item with a neighbour, instead of taking it back to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office. To opt out of this service please follow this link http://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/delivery-to-neighbour.
If undelivered to a neighbour or you have opted out of this service you will receive a card to collect at your local selected Post Office® branch with an acceptable form of ID (within 18 days).
The Post Office™ will hold on to the package for 18 days. If an item is not collected within the 18 days it will be returned back to The Perfume Shop. When we receive your order back into our customer service department they will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund.
Please note if no contact is made within 7 working days we will automatically refund your order.

What happens if I haven't received my order within the timescales stated?

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team to make them aware. We can only investigate orders that are reported to us within 14 days from your order dispatch date. You will be required to fill out a denial of receipt form for us to be able to start the investigation process. No resend or refund will be offered until after the investigation is complete.

Next Day Delivery* Royal Mail Signed for Tracked Service £4.50 on all orders

*exclusions apply to the following postcodes: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3 - This service will be an Express 2 Day service

  • For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, your order will be despatched on the same day.. Items ordered on a Friday (after 4pm), Saturday or Sunday will be packed and despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays). – Please note this may be longer for rural areas and in severe weather conditions.

Shutl Delivery Delivery in as litte as 90 minutes £7.50 On All Orders

What is Shutl?

The Perfume Shop has teamed up with Shutl to bring you a new same day delivery service; you can get your order from delivery quote to your door in as little as 90minutes. Or choose a 1hr delivery window of your choice up to 7days in advance.

The Delivery Options

"Now!" - Delivery within as little as 90 minutes.
"When?" - Choose a 1-hour delivery window up to 7 days in advance.

How it works

Whilst browsing for your perfect perfume you’ll notice that each product page features a new Shutl postcode box. Enter your postcode in the box and we’ll tell you which items are available for Shutl delivery. Once you’ve added your perfumes and proceeded to the basket page you can select which Shutl service you would like to use "Now!” for those fragrance must haves, or a surprise treat for a loved one or “When?” for a convenient delivery time that suits you both delivery methods cost £7.50 If you would prefer to use one of our other deliver services then that’s fine to you can change your mind at any time.

Once you have placed your order with us, our standard Terms & Conditions of sale still apply to the product, we’ll send you our usual order confirmation email and the nice people at Shutl will send you an email confirming your delivery time. You can then sit back relax and wait for the knock at the door.

What areas is the Shutl delivery service available?

We are currently trialling Shutl in selected stores.

What is "Now!"

"Now!" means that we will despatch your delivery straight away. This usually means that you will receive your order within as little as 90 minutes, however sometimes this may be longer due to factors outside our control (such as traffic and carrier availability).

What is "When?"

"When?" allows you to choose a convenient 1-hour delivery window either on the same day or up to 7 days in advance.

What happens if I am not in?

If you are not in to receive the Shutl Delivery the Shutl customer service team will ring the you on your provided contact number. If the Shutl Customer Service team can get hold of you then they will check if you are available to collect the order and instruct the courier to wait for a reasonable time or if you would like the goods left with a neighbour. If the Shutl Customer Service team is unable to contact you the goods will be returned by the courier and your order will be refunded, we will not refund the cost of delivery.

Who will deliver the item to me?

One of Shutl’s approved same - day carriers will deliver your goods to you. Shutl select the carrier based upon 2 factors:

  • Their ability to deliver within the agreed timescales
  • The feedback on their service left by other Shutl customers

What happens if I change my mind?

Products:The Perfume Shop 28-day returns policy applies to all Shutl orders. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

Can any product be sent to me via Shutl?

We can send any product to you via Shutl as long as our store nearest to your delivery postcode has the item in stock. We won’t let you purchase a product that we can’t deliver to you via Shutl.

How many items can I Shutl?

You can order 3 items at a time for each Shutl order you place. Should you purchases a product that has one of our amazing gifts with purchases this gift will count to your basket total.

Can I get my items Gift Wrapped?

Yes you can, we still offer our gift wrap service, making Shutl the perfect delivery choice for those last minute gifts or spontaneous treats.

What if something happens to my purchase?

The Shutl delivery service is covered by insurance cover so that, in the unlikely event of something happening to your purchase during delivery, a replacement delivery will be made as quickly as possible. The Perfume Shop Terms & Conditions of sale still apply to the product(s).

Will I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, the carrier will require a signature for the delivery.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, in fact most of Shutl’s carriers even provide real-time GPS tracking. Shutl will send you a tracking link once your delivery is underway, so that you can see exactly where it is at any moment in time.

Who do I contact if there is an issue with my Shutl Order?

Delivery: If you should have any issues with the Shutl delivery Service please contact the Shutl customer service team directly on 0844 879 2211. Please have your order number to hand.
Product: If you have any issues with the product please contact our Customer service team on 0800 98 88 660 or via email at onlineservices@theperfumeshop.com. Please have your order number to hand or quote it in the email subject line.
